1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phjon ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjon website located at https://phjon.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form integral parts of this agreement. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any subsequent modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with phjon and participate in real-money gaming activities. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. phjon operates under the authority and licensing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

You further represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not located in a territory where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities with phjon or any other gaming operator;
• You are not listed on any exclusion or prohibition list maintained by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and national identification details. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents and proof of address when requested as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Each person is permitted only one (1) account with phjon. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. phjon employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and we reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

2.3 Verification and Compliance

phjon is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. We may request copies of identification documents, utility bills, bank statements, or other documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals, and potential account suspension.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, identity theft, money laundering, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjon account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account activities.

You agree to immediately notify phjon customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. phjon is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided to phjon remains accurate and current at all times. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change, including your contact information, residential address, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in processing delays, payment issues, or account restrictions.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen credit cards, identity theft, or providing false information;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Use of automated systems, bots, or software to place wagers or manipulate gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal purpose;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or phjon staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

phjon accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. We do not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. However, bank transfers may require 1-3 business days for processing. You acknowledge that phjon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account settings.

phjon aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may require 1-5 business days. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require additional verification procedures and may experience longer processing times.

4.3 Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds deposited to your account must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and promotional winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. You may not withdraw bonus funds or associated winnings until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

phjon reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals and to decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to charge administrative fees for repeated failed withdrawal attempts or excessive withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

phjon offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed on the promotional page and must be carefully reviewed before accepting any bonus.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are non-withdrawable and serve only to generate winnings that can be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, or engaging in irregular gameplay patterns designed to exploit bonus structures, is strictly prohibited. phjon employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned minus administrative fees.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

phjon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at our discretion, particularly where bonus abuse or violation of terms is suspected.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the phjon Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game's information section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected game rounds are void and all wagers are refunded. phjon is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service interruptions.

6.2 Responsible Gaming and Self-Limitation

phjon is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools allowing you to set deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, and session time limits. 6.3 Player Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner when using the Platform. Abusive language, harassment, threats, or any form of offensive behavior toward other players or phjon staff is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to monitor chat functions and communications for compliance with these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjon Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of phjon or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The phjon name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by phjon. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The phjon Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phjon, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall phjon's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phjon, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your breach of any representation or warranty, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by phjon

phjon reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any conduct that may harm the Platform or other users. During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers or request withdrawals pending investigation.

9.2 Account Termination

phjon may terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you following verification procedures, minus any outstanding debts, charges, or fees owed to phjon.

Grounds for immediate account termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, underage gambling, creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of unauthorized software or bots, collusion, harassment, or any other violation of these Terms.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you. Once closed, you will not be able to access your account or transaction history. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you must contact customer support and undergo identity verification procedures.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and phjon, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phjon regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

10.5 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. phjon may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without notice or your consent.

10.6 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
